Education or training in the field of computer science or comparable as well as first professional experience
Expertise in infrastructure topics such as Active Directory, ADFS, SSL, DNS, reverse proxy, storage, network
Experience with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MS-SQL
Self-dependent and accountable way of working
Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
Also an advantage
Experience in project management and/or customer consulting
Experience implementing and administrating Jira, Confluence, and other Atlassian tools
Experience in administrating under Linux
Experience working with the Java environment to troubleshoot issues
Experience developing and scripting a major language (e.g. Java, Groovy, Python, Pearl, Bash)
Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (GIT/SVN/Jenkins/Bamboo)
Knowledge of infrastructure as code for example Ansible
Basic knowledge of cloud infrastructure providers such as GCP, Azure or AWS.
Technical consulting for customers
Conduct system migrations and consolidations according to customer requirements
Supporting our customers in solving problems, including error diagnosis, debugging, validation and root cause analysis
Evaluating program enhancements, designing and testing configurations, programming tasks using Java or scripting languages
Improving and streamlining internal processes to make our work operationally efficient
Creation and maintenance of knowledge base articles and documentation for customers
