We are searching for a Senior Agile Coach and Advisor to join our team in Helsinki. You will work with experienced colleagues and coaches who support, motivate and encourage you in your own journey to become a world class Agile Coach.

This position is ideal for you if you know how to use agile practices to make teams and organisations more efficient. What will you do?

We are looking for someone who will be responsible for assisting our clients in their agile software development practices. You will help teams find out what to improve and why. As a consultant, you help organisations achieve their goals in the long run with products and services that take advantage of digitalisation. In addition, you are ready to coach them on becoming successful, and you make it possible for them to shape a working environment that favours great results.

We hope that you have:

• An extensive experience with Agile software development. You probably held one of the following roles at some point in your career: Product Owner, Product Manager, Scrum Master, or R&D Manager.
• A deep understanding of Agile methods in various organisations and markets
• Good communication and presentation skills at all levels of the client organisation in English
• The motivation, the skills and the courage to improve your customer's processes as well as to find and implement solutions
• With a customer-oriented mindset, you like to share your expertise and always aim to improve.
• Desire to learn and improve not only your own skills and knowledge, but also the knowledge and skills of your colleagues. This also includes the desire to develop materials that are usable and up to date.
