We at Eficode are chill, happy and hardworking experts of our own field, also in the summer. Even though there’s already almost 580 of us around Europe, we don’t drown in bureaucracy and our days don’t start with clocking in. Work is always completed well, but we still have time to enjoy the days, especially in the summer! Eficodeans agreed in our employee experience survey that here you can be yourself, and that’s something we truly value. 

Super important for us is that you’re interested in programming, DevOps and IT field in general. We will happily support learning new tech, as is usually to be expected in the IT field, but won’t be glancing over your shoulder every second of the way so we hope that your motivation will drive you forward. Activeness and passion towards the field will win extra points from us. Also nice things to have are positive attitude, an open mind. So if you have basic knowledge of computer networks, SQL databases, Bash and Python languages, Linux environment, Git and B2 English level it is a place for You!
