Account Manager
Would you like to be responsible for some of our largest and most strategic accounts, and to expand our footprint within DevOps?
As an Account Manager at Eficode AB you will be responsible for some of our largest and most strategic accounts with a strong focus to grow our business and expand our footprint within DevOps. You will have access to our pre-sales organizations with experts from the whole Eficode group to support you. Your main job is to grow Eficode’s business in the Swedish region. This means not only working in sales and being an ambassador of agile methods in software development, but also participating in various marketing activities like meetups and fairs.
As a trusted advisor to our customers, your main responsibilities will be:
● Be a part of building our way of working with strategic customers and key accounts.
● Independently plan and run sales activities as well as business development for a number.
of our key customers, which for example includes qualify business opportunities, respond to quotation requests, develop agreements, commercial and legal contract negotiations and develop customer plans.
● Proactively guide our customers and propose their next step in their business investments.
● Contribute to developing offers for new solutions or services that are in demand by our customers.
● If necessary, also be able to drive, participate and support in sales cases for new customers.
● Creating client strategy which includes developing and maintaining business relationships with customers and partners.
● Working closely with our delivery organization.
What are we looking for?
To be successful in this new position, you need to be a visionary and customer-oriented people-person with wide knowledge of modern software technologies & DevOps business.
We are looking for someone with the following background:
● 5-10+ years’ experience in sales or business development, or equivalent transferable work experience in the IT industry.
● Fluent in Swedish and English (spoken & written).
● Proven business development success through effective use of core sales tools e.g., Salesforce, LinkedIn, Google Apps, HubSpot.
● Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a distributed sales and marketing team.
● Experience working within partner and channel sales organization.
● Capability of understanding customer pain points, requirements and correlating potential business to value that can be provided by Eficode.
● Strong and professional communication skills - written, verbal, presentation.
● Aptitude to manage numerous requests and time demands concurrently, while achieving productivity goals from assigned territory or set of accounts.
● Promotes a strong sense of urgency, acts without being told what to do, and brings new ideas to the team.
● Comfortable with reporting results on a regular basis.
● Contributes fully to the team effort and plays an integral part in the smooth running of the team.
● Drive, determination, and strong desire to compete and win.
● Technical background is an advantage.
● Experience in selling software or subscriptions and/or Managed Services is a plus.
