Role Purpose
Your role will involve driving sales of our DevOps portfolio horizontally across your accounts, meeting and exceeding quota. Reaching far beyond IT and Operations and into the core of the business, you will be actively searching for business issues and matching them with our solutions which will ultimately be fulfilled through improved DevOps.
The primary objective of this role is to manage a dedicated list of approximately 30 existing accounts; develop TAS plans for your accounts that map out how you will succeed, forecast weekly to with +/-10% and be meticulous in your management of SFDC.
Essential Skills/Experience
Your application will only be considered if you meet the following:-
A thorough understanding of the Target Account Selling (TAS) sales process.
Especially the ability to identify a compelling event, as defined within TAS. To be specific:
What is driving the customer to make a decision or change in the current situation?
What is the payback if they make the change?
What are the consequences if they do not act?
What specific date is associated with the consequences/pay back?
The ability to lose early, qualify hard. By this we mean if you can’t identify the compelling event, there is no project.
Proven experience as a senior account manager. By this we mean a demonstrable record of selling outside of IT and across the business.
Experience of working in a private equity backed company, with targets in excess of 25% growth year on year for the next 5 years. We need everybody to embrace change and rise to each new challenge.

Desired Skills/Experience

Remuneration
£90k - £120k depending on experience, paid gross per annum
Location
UK-based hybrid-working with MONTHLY visits to our Southampton office. Please note, you must have a professional home working environment (eg. separate home office) and with reliable broadband.
