Role Purpose
The Product Manager for Total Support will oversee the development and maintenance of Total Support, a cutting-edge product designed to provide comprehensive and effective support to customers on their software applications.. As the market expert for Total Support, you will have a deep understanding of the customer's needs and the competition, and will be responsible for ensuring that the product remains relevant and commercially viable. You will be in charge of all peripheral activities related to Total Support, including knowledge requirements, training, and feature releases.. As the primary representative for the product, you will collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer solutions and interact directly with customers and project teams to ensure the product's success.
Key Role Accountabilities
Taking overall responsibility for the commercial success of the product(s)
Work with the head of product marketing to develop and execute product strategies, vision, and brand story to drive business growth and profitability
Developing and implementing tactics to achieve sales, revenue, and profit goals for Total Support.
Meeting regularly with all stakeholders, including the Senior Leadership Team, to ensure alignment on product vision, priorities, and goals
Building relationships with cross-functional teams, including professional services, sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure successful product delivery
Collecting, analyzing, and responding to user feedback to identify product issues, improvement opportunities, and customer needs
Work with CSM’s to Monitor and improve customer retention rates and overall customer satisfaction through product enhancements and support
Planning new features, changes, and improvements to the product suite based on user feedback and market trends
Creating timelines and roadmaps for the development of the product and ensuring timely and quality product delivery
Managing product budgets, financials, and KPIs to optimize product performance and profitability
Researching competitors and similar products to stay informed about market trends, best practices, and opportunities for differentiation
Inspiring and enthusing colleagues and users of the product to create a high-performing, motivated, and engaged team
Develop a sales enablement plan, and continuously train sales and pre-sales
Working to streamline, automate and improve the way customer and product teams interact with one another via innovative solutions e.g. a customer portal
Essential Skills/Experience
Your application will only be considered if you meet the following:-
Minimum of 3 years experience in product management, with a proven track record of bringing successful products to market.
Strong business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Deep understanding of user experience and customer needs
Ability to gather, analyze and synthesize data to drive product decisions
Ability to create and execute product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Experience in developing and implementing product pricing strategies
Desired Skills/Experience
Your application will be prioritised if you meet any of the following:-
Experience with SaaS or subscription-based business models
Experience in working with international or global teams
Familiarity with software development or ITSM methodologies
Understanding of API integrations and third-party platform integration for bringing new features to the product
Experience with Jira, Confluence or software development applications

Ability to write clearly and effectively present ideas and to document activities.
Ability to organize or schedule people and tasks and to develop realistic actions plans whilst being sensitive to time constraints & resource availability.
Ability to maintain a mature problem solving attitude whilst dealing with time demands and project complexity.
Ability to communicate with others in a way that builds positive relationships, mutual respect, rapport & personal credibility.

Remuneration
£50k - £60k depending on experience, paid gross per annum
Location
UK-based hybrid-working with QUARTERLY visits to our Southampton office. Please note, you must have a professional home working environment (eg. separate home office) and with reliable broadband.
