We’re looking for Senior DevOps consultants to become a part of our journey.

As a Senior Consultant, you:

• Actively seek answers and solutions to our customers' questions and challenges and are able to communicate and implement them effectively
• Spot actively potential business opportunities
• Collaborate with other teams across Eficode bringing different expertise

Your areas of expertise?

Below are some specific areas we are interested in at the moment, with some technologies we are looking for. Of course, DevOps encompasses a variety of concepts and tools, so we do not restrict ourselves to these only. But in addition to general senior (5+ years) experience in the DevOps world, we find it very valuable if you’re a specialist in:

• IaC: Terraform, Pulumi, Crossplane, Ansible
• Cloud and related technologies like Kubernetes and public cloud providers
• CI/CD: Github Actions, GitLab, Jenkins, Argo CD

Because our mission is to build the future of software development and AI is definitely part of it, we would appreciate working with people who have a strong interest in AI assistants and understand how they work. It’s even better if you already have experience in using them

What skills we are looking for:

• A solid (5+ years) experience with DevOps technologies and concepts
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills. This role can naturally entail sales support, so the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders is crucial
• An open mind to develop, learn, and share your knowledge relentlessly
