Role purpose
Join Eficode as an Account Manager, where you'll take charge of managing and growing a portfolio of key accounts within our 'Core' segment. Your main goal will be to really get to know each client’s unique needs and challenges, so you can expand Eficode's product and service offerings—especially across Atlassian, GitLab, and GitHub. You'll focus on building strong, lasting relationships and spotting opportunities to grow Eficode’s presence in these accounts.
We’re looking for someone who thrives on building connections and collaborating with both internal teams and external partners. In this role, you'll identify new opportunities, work on joint selling strategies with partner vendors and internal teams, and keep data up to date to help guide smart decisions. Role responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will include (but won't be limited to):
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts within our 'Core' segment, understanding their business needs, challenges, and goals
- Identify and close opportunities to grow Eficode’s products and services within the existing account base
- Create and maintain detailed Account Plans and ensure Salesforce accurately reflects business opportunities
- Work with internal sales specialists to identify and execute cross-sell opportunities in your portfolio
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner vendors
- Collaborate with partner vendor Account Executives on co-selling strategies
- Work closely with internal teams like Customer Success, Licensing, and the Bid Office to manage your portfolio
- Keep data clean and up-to-date, using it to make informed decisions and provide insights to clients and stakeholders
- Provide monthly forecasts, aiming for accuracy within +/-10%, and present results to senior management
Success factors
You will make a great match for this role if you have:
- At least 3 years of experience in account management or sales, ideally in tech, software, or SaaS
- Proven track record of working well with sales partners and stakeholders
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle conflicts smoothly
- Open to traveling when needed for client meetings or company events
Desired skills and qualifications:
It would be an added bonus if you have:
- Experience using Salesforce CRM would be an advantage
- Experience selling Atlassian, GitLab or GitHub software would be highly desirable

Remuneration
£40k - £50k plus compensation.
Location
UK-based hybrid-working with weekly visits to our Southampton office.
