Role purpose

We're seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead solution implementation projects. You will lead projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth delivery and stakeholder alignment. You should be comfortable with agile, waterfall, or hybrid methodologies and be able to work in a collaborative environment. You will be part of a project managers team and work with clients’ teams as well as internal cross-functional teams to implement solutions and report to the Head of PMO.

Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will include (but won’t be limited to):

• Manage and deliver system implementation projects from start to finish, ensuring project success and a positive customer impact.
• Work with customers in both enterprise and mid-sized organizations, understanding their needs and translating them into actionable project plans.
• Lead top-tier consultants and coordinate their efforts with technical teams both at customers’ organizations and Eficode.
• Identify and mitigate risks while keeping all involved parties informed and aligned.
• Work in agile and waterfall project setups, balancing methodologies depending on customer and project needs.
• Share your project management expertise with Eficodeans and support consultants who are both within and outside of your projects, by guiding and mentoring them.

Success factors

You will make a great match for this role if you:

• Are an experienced IT Project Manager with a proven ability to deliver IT system implementations, SaaS solutions, and business-critical software rollouts in B2B environments.
• Have led projects in both large enterprises and smaller organizations and can navigate different organizational complexities.
• Have leadership skills: Ability to inspire, motivate, and guide team members toward achieving organizational goals.
• Excel at maintaining structure and oversight, enabling you to successfully manage multiple initiatives and projects of varying sizes simultaneously.
• Are proactive and adaptable, with a keen ability to drive progress and keep teams aligned. You have the capacity to adapt to changing environments and situations, maintaining team efficiency and morale in various circumstances.
• Have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, allowing you to navigate seamlessly between technical teams and C-level executives (e.g., CEO, CTO, CFO, CIO).
• Can effectively balance business needs, technical aspects, and project goals, ensuring alignment at all levels of the organization while driving high-impact solutions forward.
• Have strong decision-making skills with a focus on making strategic choices that benefit the team and projects in the long run.

Desired Skills

• Understanding of the software development lifecycle and DevOps and cloud related technologies.
• Certifications proving your Project Management skills in one or more methodologies.

Location

This role will be based in Gothenburg, Sweden and will have a hybrid working model. Also, some travelling to our offices overseas may be expected.
