About the role

You will be driving the adoption of GitHub platforms. You will own the end-to-end design and implementation of secure, scalable development workflows for organizations. You will act as their advisor, bridging the gap between high-level business requirements and hands-on technical excellence.

As our GitHub Solutions Architect, your impact goes beyond your own technical output. You will serve as a high-impact “multiplier”, identifying opportunities to bring other consultants onto projects and providing the guidance they need to succeed. By enabling your teammates to grow and deliver excellence, you play a critical role in scaling our collective expertise and maximizing the value we provide to our clients.

What you’ll accomplish

• Architect the future: Designing and implementing secure, scalable GitHub-based workflows across source control, CI/CD and security.

• Drive global transformations: Leading complex migrations from legacy systems into GitHub for a wide customer base.

• Technical mentorship: Elevating the standards of our GitHub practice by mentoring consultants and sharing knowledge internally.

• Strategic advisory: Acting as a technical lead in pre-sales, conducting migration assessments, and translating business requirements into practical technical roadmaps.

• Advancing security: Implementing DevSecOps principles and advanced security controls, including GitHub Advanced Security (GHAS).

What you bring

• Deep DevOps DNA: Solid experience with the SDLC and CI/CD systems (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, or Bitbucket).

• Consulting mindset: An understanding of how professional services work; you are proactive, approachable, and outcome-oriented.

• Commercial awareness: You look beyond delivery to identify growth opportunities and help shape scalable consulting offerings.

• Technical mentorship: You enjoy elevating others by sharing knowledge and defining technical standards.

Nice to haves:

• Direct experience with GitHub.

• A background in pre-sales and consulting roles.

• Finnish language skills.

Please note this position is based in Finland (Helsinki or Tampere) and requires you to be located in Finland.
