About the role

We are looking for a Senior Atlassian Consultant to join our team in Helsinki or Tampere. In this role, you will help our customers design, implement, and optimise Atlassian solutions, enabling modern ways of working across DevOps, ITSM, and Agile practices.

You will play a key role in guiding customers through their Atlassian journey - from strategy and architecture to hands-on implementation and continuous improvement, ensuring they get the most value from their tools and processes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Designing and implementing Atlassian solutions across Cloud and Data Center environments

• Leading customer engagements, acting as a trusted advisor on best practices and ways of working

• Supporting migrations, integrations, and upgrades within the Atlassian ecosystem

• Configuring and customising tools such as Jira and Confluence to meet business needs

• Driving DevOps, ITSM, and Agile transformations using Atlassian tooling

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality consulting services

• Sharing knowledge internally and contributing to Eficode’s Atlassian capability development

Success factors
You will make a great match for this role if you have:

• At least 3+ years of experience working with Atlassian tools in a consulting or technical role

• Strong expertise in tools such as Jira and Confluence (Cloud and/or Data Center)

• Experience delivering implementations, migrations, or integrations

• Fluent Finnish and English language skills
  

Desired skills and qualifications:
It would be an added bonus if you have:

• Experience with additional Atlassian tools such as Jira Service Management, Jira Align, Bitbucket, Compass, or Atlassian Access

• Atlassian certifications

• Experience in cloud migrations (Atlassian or other platforms)

• Experience with scripting, automation, or SQL

• Background in DevOps, ITSM, or Agile at scale frameworks

Location
This role will be based in Finland, in either our Helsinki or Tampere offices. There is remote/hybrid working flexibility, but ideally we would like someone who can be in the office 1-2 times a week.
