Role Purpose:
The Senior Delivery Consultant will be responsible for overseeing and delivering key GitLab service solutions to our customer base.
Role Responsibilities:
- To deliver GitLab service engagements both remotely and on-site. GitLab Solutions to include, but not be limited to Implementations, Coaching and Mentoring, Value Stream Assessments, GitLab Training, Migrations.
- To Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- To collaborate with clients to identify additional opportunities for business growth and service enhancement.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies, applying relevant insights to enhance service delivery.
- Participate in internal process development, providing technical guidance to team members
- Be responsible for upholding health & safety of yourself and colleagues
- Comply with all ISO20071 Policies
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in Software Development, DevOps, or delivering software services
- 5+ years experience in software tooling
- Demonstrable understanding of DevOps tooling and practices
- Fluent in English and cgood communication skills
- Experience in presenting solutions to customers, based on provided requirements
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience with GitLab would be desired but is not mandatory
- Pre-sales experience would be an advantage
- Understanding of value stream management and an understanding of Jira, Artifactory, SonarQube, Kubernetes
- Ability to speak German or French would be an advantage

Remuneration
£60k - £70k depending on experience, paid gross per annum
Location
UK-based hybrid-working with occasional visits to our Southampton office.
