We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our sales team in the US - could it be you?
Role Purpose
Join Eficode as an Account Manager, where you’ll be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of key accounts within our ‘Core’ segment. Your focus will be on deeply understanding each client's unique needs and challenges, allowing you to strategically expand Eficode’s product and service offerings - primarily software and services aligned to the vendors Atlassian, GitLab and GitHub (Microsoft). You’ll build strong, long-lasting relationships and identify opportunities to expand Eficode’s presence within these accounts.
This role requires a relationship-driven professional who excels at working with both internal teams and external partners. You’ll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, executing co-selling strategies with partner vendors and internal business areas, and maintaining accurate data to guide strategic decisions. Role Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts in our ‘Core’ segment, ensuring a deep understanding of their business needs, challenges, and goals
- Grow and expand the range of Eficode products and services within the existing account base through identifying and closing opportunities
- Construct and maintain Account Plans
- Collaborate with internal Business Area sales specialists to identify and land cross-sell opportunities in your portfolio
- Maintain and manage strong relationships with partners and vendors
- Collaborate with Account Executives at partner vendors in co-selling motions into your portfolio
- Close alignment and collaboration with internal teams who will assist in managing your portfolio, including the Customer Success Team, Licensing Team and Bid Office Team
- Maintain clean data and use this data to make informed decisions and provide insights to clients and internal stakeholders
- Ensure Salesforce is an accurate reflection of business opportunities
- Forecast monthly to within +/-10% and present to senior management
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience in account management or sales, preferably within the tech, software, or SaaS industry
- Demonstrated experience of working collaboratively with sales partners and stakeholders
- Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution abilities
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients or attend company events
Desired skills and Qualifications:
- Experience using Salesforce CRM would be an advantage
- Experience selling Atlassian, GitLab or GitHub software would be advantageous
Person Specification:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels
- Ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into business value for clients
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Enjoy presenting to internal and external customers
- Able to earn and command the support of the wider team beyond sales to support your sales campaigns

Remuneration
$70,000 - $100,000 plus bonus, paid per annum.
Location
US-based, fully remote.
