Now, we are looking for a Senior Account Executive to grow sales predominantly for Eficode's Atlassian offering across the DACH region. Could it be you?
Role purpose
As the Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth by managing and expanding client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional account management to clients in Germany.

Your main responsibilities will include (but won’t be limited to):
Success factors
You will make a great match for this role if you have:
- Extensive experience within the Atlassian ecosystem, including successfully signing and upselling Atlassian customers.
- Proven track record in enterprise sales, consistently achieving or exceeding targets.
- Passionate about identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)
Desired skills and qualifications:
It would be an added bonus if you have:
- Strong sales hygiene and discipline.
- Networking and relationship-building expertise in the German market.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Collaboration with marketing teams and experience conducting workshops.
- Active network of Atlassian customer contacts.

Location
Hybrid/ Remote working from any location in Germany. Occasional domestic travel for client meetings.
