Managed Services is a specialized business unit that offers Cloud, Systems, Atlassian, DevOps and Application management services to our customers. Our core work is managing and upkeeping over 50 DevOps tools and a multitude of environments as a service. We believe in continuous development and it’s our number one goal to improve every day. Within this unit, you will guide a team of professionals in Poland and Finland.

Role purpose

As a team leader, you support each of your team members in their growth while ensuring the continuous development of the business.

You play a crucial role in fostering an environment where your team can thrive. To succeed in this role, you need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a forward-thinking and encouraging attitude. You lead with determination, set an example, and always keep your team’s well-being in mind. Some technical background will be a plus, to facilitate communications around our customers' DevOps environments. We hope that you contribute to building a positive work atmosphere, feel genuinely passionate about leadership, and are eager to grow in your role.

Moreover, your responsibility is to ensure that business goals are achieved and that the company continues to thrive. Supporting sales and identifying upselling opportunities are also a vital aspect of your role. However, you are not alone in this—you're surrounded by skilled colleagues who are always ready to support you.

Success factors
You will make a great match for this role if you:

• Understand IT service-model business
• Are results-oriented
• Have experience in enabling self-organized teams
• Are a great excellent communicator and a natural facilitator

Desired skills and qualifications:
It would be an added bonus if you have an experience in:

• Crunching numbers, making budgets and forecasting,
• Interfacing with customers,
• DevOps tools such as Atlassian products or GitLab,
• Cloud environments

Location
We offer a hybrid work model at our office in Łódź. Due to the nature of the position, two days of in-office work are required.

Form of cooperation: B2B contract

Salary: 900-1100 PLN net/day
