Role purpose
The US Solutions Architect will deliver expert guidance on Atlassian solutions and Eficode products, focusing on executing cloud migrations, Jira Service Management, Jira System of Work and driving adoption of Eficode Managed Services. 

This role will ensure seamless execution of projects for US-based customer accounts while aligning with Eficode’s global standards and practices. The Solutions Architect will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored, high-impact solutions and ensure long-term success for customers while supporting the growth of Eficode’s product offerings in the region.

Location
This is a fully remote role and we are open to candidates based in the USA, Central America or Latin America.
