Role Purpose
The Service Management Sales Specialist will play a key role in supporting the execution of the Service Management (SM) sales strategy and driving performance across Eficode globally. Reporting to the Head of Service Management Sales, this role is responsible for managing and developing the mainland European SM sales pipeline, supporting data-driven decision-making, and ensuring alignment with both regional sales goals and Eficode’s global strategy.
The specialist will actively contribute to achieving sales targets, monitor pipeline health, and provide regular analysis of sales trends and performance. You will be responsible for reporting, forecasting, and improving conversion rates through strategic insight and collaboration with internal teams and external partners such as Atlassian
Role Responsibilities:
- Drive Service Management Sales: Support and champion Service Management sales throughout the full customer journey—from pre-sales engagement to post-sale follow-up—working closely with sales teams to meet or exceed targets.
- Pipeline Management & Reporting: Manage the sales pipeline using Salesforce, applying an analytical approach from lead generation to deal closure. Deliver accurate forecasting, detailed pipeline reports, and actionable sales performance insights for internal and external stakeholders.
- Go-To-Market Execution: Contribute to the execution of the Service Management GTM strategy in alignment with the Sales Head and the broader practice, coordinating closely with marketing and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and campaign success.
- Strategic Collaboration: Act as a key contact for Atlassian and partners like Lansweeper and Onward, sharing pipeline updates and market insights to support strategic alignment
- Market & Industry Engagement: Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales positioning, and represent Eficode at Service Management events across Europe to enhance brand presence and customer engagement.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in service management sales within the tech or software industry
- Proven skills in managing and nurturing sales pipelines from initiation to deal conclusion.
- Proficient in CRM software, especially Salesforce, for intricate reporting and analytical tasks.
- Fluency in both German and English is mandatory

- A strong selling background and a 'hunter' mentality
- Collaborative and engaging, with a track record of working effectively across various teams and with senior leadership.
- Confident public speaker with the ability to facilitate or host Eficode at industry events alongside Service Management practice leads.

Location
This role will be based in Germany and can be fully-remote, meaning you can be located anywhere in the region. There will be semi-regular travel to the Hamburg office (around once a month) and occasional international travel (at least once a quarter).
