About the role
We are looking for a Service Manager to join our Eficode Managed Services team for a temporary 1,5 year contract. In this role, you will work closely with our delivery experts to ensure the long-term success of our clients — from onboarding and handover to continuous improvement and development.
You’ll be the trusted bridge between our clients and our technical teams, helping translate business needs into outcomes, and making sure everything runs as smoothly as our DevOps pipelines.
What you will do do
This role will include tasks such as:
- Act as the primary point of contact for your MS clients
- Oversee ongoing service delivery and ensure compliance with SLA targets
- Drive service improvements and continuous development based on client needs
- Collaborate with DevOps engineers, developers, and cloud specialists to ensure smooth operations
- Lead onboarding and handover processes for new clients and systems
- Coordinate service reporting, development backlogs, and roadmap alignment
- Represent client interests internally and contribute to our service strategy
Who we are looking for
This experience will help you succeed in this role:
- Experience in for example Service Management, Application Support, or Technical Account Management (3-5 years but flexible, depending on the skills)
- A customer-centric mindset and ability to build trust
- Structured and proactive approach to service coordination
- Confidence in guiding teams and communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Solid English, both written and spoken
- Curiosity and motivation to learn about software systems, environments, and technologies
- Familiarity with ITIL practices and/or Agile ways of working
Bonus points for:
- Experience and expertise in looking out for upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Background in software development or system integration
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or hybrid environments
- Understanding of DevOps practices and modern delivery pipelines
